Company website: www.CEF.inc JOB SUMMARY: This Warranty Administrator is responsible for the oversight, data entry, and administration of the Product Warranty Registration Database. This individual makes changes to registrations in database when warranty ownership has been transferred to a new customer. The Warranty Administrator works closely with Product Support staff and Product Support Manager. This position reports to the Manager of Product Support and will perform other administrative duties as required. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Enter Warranty Claims as required
  • Assist Dealers with questions pertaining to the warranty process and warranty limitations
  • Assist Dealers with warranty database questions when needed
  • Generate Vendor Warranty Cost Reports as required and maintain status of Warranty Recoveries
  • Upload new models into Warranty Database as required
  • Ensure Dealer shop rate is current
  • Prepare and upload new flat rates for new models into Warranty Database
  • Assist Dealers in registration problems as required
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED AND PREFERRED:
  • High school diploma
  • Microsoft 365 Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint is required
  • Can type, at least, 60 words per minute
