RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review and assess both mainstream and 18+ user-generated content to ensure compliance with our content guidelines and community standards
• Actively moderate comments, reviews, and messages in real-time to identify and remove inappropriate or harmful content
• Maintain a deep understanding of the companys content policies and make informed decisions based on these guidelines
• Escalate complex or sensitive issues to higher management when necessary
• Provide regular reports and feedback on content trends, issues, and emerging risk
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance content guidelines, policies, and procedures
• Stay informed about evolving trends and challenges in online content moderation to adapt and improve strategies

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong attention to detail and consistency in content moderation
• Excellent understanding of the internet and social media platforms
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in privacy, data security, and confidentiality
• Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure and handle sensitive or distressing content
• Flexibility to adjust to changing content guidelines and policies
