The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

• Responsible for managing projects from start to finish. Play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed within budget, on time, and meet the specified goals and objectives.
• Manage internal and external stakeholder expectations, address concerns, and ensure their involvement throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate effective communication within the project team (including external contractors) and with stakeholders. Regularly keep all stakeholders informed of progress, and achievement of projects milestones.
• Responsible for gathering all data, insights and present recommendations in a concise manner to facilitate decision making processes with all relevant stakeholders.
• Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project progress, track milestones, and manage changes to ensure successful project completion.
• Flexible to adapt to changing project requirements, priorities, and timelines. Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

• A Bachelors Degree in STEM, Logistics, Analytics or related fields
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
• Experience with regulatory and compliance requirements related to construction projects is preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels and facilitate collaboration among project team members
• Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate insights and develop actionable recommendations
• Strong work ethic and excellent ownership skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Traveling to project sites and/or external contractors office is required
• Amenable to be assigned in Molino, Cavite
