RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide friendly, professional, and prompt customer service via phone, email, chat, and social media channels
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues related to NBN, mobile, and IPTV services in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide pre-sales guidance to customers about Flips products and services, assisting them with the sign-up process
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
  • Manage and update customer accounts, ensuring accurate record-keeping
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution
  • Stay up-to-date with Flips products, services, promotions, and policies to provide accurate and relevant information to customers
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with customers, even in challenging situations
  • Provide feedback to improve the customer experience and contribute to team meetings and training sessions

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and find solutions through ambiguity to resolve customer issues
  • Excellent customer service skills, including patience, empathy, and the ability to de-escalate customer complaints, making customers feel supported
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure and navigate tense situation
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent English language proficiency
  • Proficient in using computer systems, internet browsers, and basic software applications
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
