Workplace Specialist

What’s on the menu for you to do:

• Supports the Workspace Manager in maintaining the overall appearance of the foodpanda office.

• Will serve as the companys Safety Officer, responsible for ensuring adherence to safety regulations and fostering a culture of safety throughout the organization.

• Coordinates with the third party service providers for housekeeping, security, and building administration.

• Coordinates with the building administration for building permits (elevator, gate pass, visitors, working permits).

• Handles the office and pantry supplies inventory and coordinates with the Procurement team.

• Handles the creation of company ID, access badge and parking access for new hires, agency hires, and selected provincial employees.

• Supports budget monitoring and tracking expenses for the facilities team

• Assists onsite meetings (meals, logistics, etc)

• Handles the Corporate Fleet (car scheduling)

What do you bring to the table?

• 1-2 years experience in HR or office & admin management

• Experience in safety compliance is an advantage

• Willing to be the company’s Safety Officer

• Willing to work onsite 3x a week

• Ability to pivot in fast-paced environment

• A passion for building and creating a great office experience and culture

• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate with a variety of personalities and levels
