Role Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Intern to join our team as Operations Support to Renewals. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations, primarily focusing on data entry, reporting, and system updates. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive and eager to learn. What You Will Do

• Perform data entry, reporting, and updating tasks in Salesforce and other systems as required.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution and operational tasks.
• Collaborate with the Renewals Manager and other team members to optimize processes and systems.
• Learn and adapt to new tools and technologies that support alliance operations.
• Document processes for future use.
• Leverage existing systems to run usage and performance reports.

What You Will Bring

• Currently enrolled in a University with Business Administration course or any related courses.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledgeable on Microsoft Office Tools.
• Can follow written and verbal instructions accurately and promptly.
• Meticulous and keen to details.
• Able to work cooperatively with others to achieve specific team goals.
• Willing to work on mid shift schedule.
