Position Overview:

We are looking for a qualified person to fill a vital role in our company. This person will be the supportive arm to account management.

A successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our accounts department. This role requires strong computer entry skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Shift Availability Requirements

Full-Time (appr. 30+ hours per week)

Applicants must demonstrate:

*Proficiency in English, both written and verbal

*Exhibit professionalism

*Be tech-savvy

*Possess a reliable internet connection

*Maintain a quiet, dedicated work environment.

*Administrative and CRM systems experience preferred

Minimum typing of 30 wpm is required and will be tested.

Responsibilities:

Account Maintenance: Managing client relationships takes place in Zoho, our CRM. Maintain accurate and up-to-date detailed client records at all times through computer entry in this system.

Transition Coordinator: Part of the transition team to intake new sales and ensure proper implementation and accuracy to move into account management.

Collaboration: Coordinate with internal Sales and Account Management contacts, as well as Team Leads and subject matter experts to ensure seamless delivery of commitments to clients.

Problem Solving: Address internally communicated concerns and escalations promptly, working with relevant contacts and teams to find solutions.

Relationship Management: Foster positive relationships with internal and external contacts to partner and fulfill client needs.

Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the account management team, including scheduling meetings, organizing documents, prepare statistics/reporting and presentations.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in Account Management Administration, preferably 5 years tract record;

2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Zoho (our CRM) and other relevant software;

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;

4. Strong organizational and time-management skills;

5. Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining a high level of productivity;

6. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines;

7. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information;

8. High attention to detail and accuracy.
