As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be part of a global team that manages change for Financial Wellbeing Assist (FWA). This is an AVP equivalent role expected to lead a small but highly performing team that is expected to be detail-oriented and strategic. The role will instill trust through proactive risk management and inspiring others to have a growth-mindset, as they lead change or continuous improvement projects.

The role requires developing partnerships with cross-functional teams when managing the change process, analysis, documentation, operating rhythm, and removing any roadblocks to ensure successful project delivery across geographies. The teams you will engage with, include but are not limited to: Operations, Global Capability Centre support teams, Capability, Knowledge Operations, Business Governance, Legal, and Operational Excellence. You are expected to create shared clarity across the group inclusive of reporting, progress tracking, compliance with regulatory requirements, risk management, and delivery of milestones.

Other role responsibilities include:
Manage a small group of Business Analysts including performance, growth and development
Supporting and leading the direction of a well-managed change plan that will support seamless execution and delivery across the project lifecycle.
Manage ad-hoc issues and requirements, both overall and customer specific, to ensure the best possible customer experience is achieved.
Business Analysis, Process, Governance, and Transition Documentation
Assisting with business governance and reporting to keep stakeholders up to date on progress, risks, & issues
Stakeholder management, working with various value chain stakeholders to influence priority and delivery of outcomes.
Ability to clearly articulate business problems, future state solutions and robust formulation of a business case and then taking the agreed future state solution to successful execution.

Role location: MDC 100 Building, Eastwood City Libis primarily/Solaris One Building, 130 Dela Rosa St., Legaspi Village, Makati City
Role schedule: Manila business hours, days shift, weekends off, Hybrid work set up
What will you bring?

To be successful in this role, you will need to bring the following competencies:

Proven management experience ideally in a change management environment
Proven experience in change management
Proven complex Project Management experience.
Knowledgeable in Process improvement methods from conceptualization to implementation.
Business analyst experience
Microsoft office skills, with a strong emphasis on ability to put together reporting for various audiences. As well as a solid knowledge of Confluence and JIRA.
Strong problem-solving skills - ability to quickly identify strengths and weaknesses of a problem & quickly interpret data and turn it into meaningful insights for the business
Well organised, able to manage and prioritise a large and fast-moving workload, coordinating and delivering multiple simultaneous initiatives.
Strong communication and influencing skills - spoken, written and in person. Proven experience in building and maintaining strong sponsor and key stakeholder relationships.
