Who are we looking for?

We’re currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our Admin Management team.

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:

  • Assisting and overseeing the day-to-day administration of the office, business groups and projects in conjunction with other team members.
  • Act as the representative of the admin team in the office location and adhere to all guidelines and processes.
  • Provide receptionist manning and needed assistance for events.
  • Coordination of general office administration concerns with the Administration Manager or with the admin member assigned.
  • Support and facilitate purchasing activities.
  • Responsible for office upkeep. Coordinate office equipment and it’s maintenance. Supervise cleanliness and serviceability of facilities.
  • Support travel arrangement duties.
  • Performs various general office support as assigned.

What you will bring to the team:

  • Were seeking a self-starter with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Admin Generalist experience is preferred.
  • Travel arrangement background is an advantage to have.
  • Mature with good sound judgement.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented.
  • Articulate and has strong adherence to professional ethics.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to build positive relationships with staff and management.

This job offer is for onsite basis at our office in Quezon City.
