JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • The Accounting Assistant is responsible for performing basic to moderately complex bookkeeping and accounting tasks associated with the preparation and maintenance of Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, and other financial matters.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be a graduate of BS Accountancy.
  • At least 6 Months to 1 Year of work experience in the same capacity
  • Knowledgeable in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, or General Accounting.
  • Willing to work in Marikina City.
  • Available to start immediately
Accounting Assistant (Account Payable)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Preparing AP and Check voucher
  • Check approved POs, receiving reports and vendors Invoice
  • Maintain day-to-day disbursement report based on the aging of payables
  • Prepares monthly compliance and remittance of expanded withholding taxes of suppliers and withholding tax on compensation
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors degree preferably in Accountancy, Banking & Finance or equivalent
  • In-depth knowledge of AP and general accounting procedures
  • Product Knowledge - Knowledgeable in mall/restaurant/hotel and/or corporate industry
  • Must have at least 1-2 years of working experience
  • Good communication both oral and written skills
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Good analytical skills with accuracy and very keen on details
  • Stress management skills
  • Time management skills
  • Highly proficient in using MS Applications (Word, Excel, and PPT),
  • Accounting software and databases
  • Standard office equipment
Accouting Assistant (Account Receivables)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Maintain up-to-date billing statement
  • Prepares deposit of all collection of checks and cash
  • Carry out billing, collection, and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
  • Monitor customer account details for non-payments, Delayed payments, and other irregularities
  • Follow-up on collections
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned
