The Data Acquisition Analyst Team Lead is responsible for maintaining the integrity of vendor data within the credentialing application. Other core responsibilities include organizing campaigns that focus on vendor engagement and revenue generation.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
This is a working Team Lead position. The ideal candidate will work alongside those within their pod and will perform many of the same tasks. Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:
- Resolution of back-office tasks related to vendor records that are ultimately passed downstream to customers via an accounts payable integration. Tasks include inactivation of vendor records, consolidation of duplicate accounts, mapping of corporate and branch locations, conflicting W-9 information, etc.
- Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison between vendors and the management company regarding vendor corporate (background screening) issues. Conduct necessary research and work with third parties as needed.
- Drive cash management activities including payment refunds, payment transfers, disablement of recurring payments and dispute of credit card chargebacks.
- Manage the product’s notification system which includes correspondence distributed to vendors, property managers and insurance agents. Team members will partner with the contact center to establish a regular cadence and appropriate volume for letter resets for existing customers while incorporating new customer implementations.
- Organize revenue generating campaigns to update vendor contact records, address failed credit card payments, notifying vendors of account locked status, request enrollment fees for unpaid documents held for processing. Team members will also oversee all RealPage product accounts within credentialing to ensure compliance.
- Prepare requested weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and/or audits. This also includes the ability to prepare a presentation that may be addressed virtually or in-person.
- Perform HR administrative tasks such as approval of timesheets and PTO requests.
- One-by-one coaching with team members to recognize achievements and maximize individual performance.
- Collaborate with other team leads within the organization to drive employee engagement.
REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
- Prior Vendor Credentialing experience preferred
- Excellent language and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational ability; must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook required
- Must be able to work well with individuals at all levels in and out of the organization
- Able to learn new processes and tools in a fast-paced environment
- Must be amenable to work onsite and US Hours (PH night shift)
