About the Team: Shopees Future Operations Leaders Program (FLP) is a 2-year program filled with on-the-job cross-functional experience and learning opportunities within the Operations of Shopee, the leading e-commerce company in Southeast Asia. This program entails rotations in our SCommerce and SPX Express departments.
SCommerce or Shopee Fulfillment Team is an integrated warehousing service by Shopee through fulfillment of orders under Serviced by Shopee (SBS) shops.
SPX Express is a logistics provider committed to providing fast and reliable delivery service for users across the Philippines. SPX is a trusted delivery partner to Shopee, the leading e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. Job Description: Shopees Future Operations Leaders Program (FLP) is a 2-year program filled with on-the-job cross-functional experience and learning opportunities within the Operations of Shopee, the leading e-commerce company in Southeast Asia.

  • Assignment and ownership of Operations business-critical targets (KPIs) and meaningful projects
