Position Responsibilities:
  • Create content, and assist in formulating marketing plans, and campaigns for the digital platforms of GMA Music and its sub-label AltG Records (e.g. YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Help identify marketing trends and content that will appeal to wide audiences
  • Create innovative data-driven campaigns for the growth of key metrics: viewership, subscription, and revenue
  • Help in editing video content
  • Assist artists in various promo activities, if needed
  • Perform other relevant duties & functions


Job Requirements:
  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Good knowledge of market research techniques
  • Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
  • Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
  • A high level of attention to detail
  • Strong technical skill, especially in digital marketing software and social media platforms
  • Very creative
  • Willing to assist in shoot and guestings
  • Experienced in video/photo-editing software
