The Opportunity:

We are seeking experienced Legal professionals and Legal recruiters to join our remote team. If you are currently practicing Law and thinking of making a career switch or an existing recruiter with a background sourcing legal candidates we want to hear from you! This role requires a strategic thinker with a robust network and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute recruiting plans to meet the hiring requirements of our legal sector clients.
  • Utilize ATS, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms to identify and headhunt top talent.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assess candidates for suitability for client roles, focusing on both skills and cultural fit.
  • Maintain a candidate pipeline for rapid response to client needs.
  • Work closely with our Client Success Managers to understand client requirements and provide consultancy on recruitment strategies.
  • Keep abreast of market trends and industry developments to inform recruitment strategies.

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience working in a legal setting or recruiting legal talent.
  • Proficiency in using recruiting software and candidate databases.
  • Strong understanding of the legal industry and roles within this sector.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Bachelors degree in Law , HR, or a business related field is preferred.
