Analytics Assistant

Job Summary:

The Performance Analytics Assistant, reporting to the Training and Development Manager, is dedicated to enhancing the training programs through data-driven insights. This role involves collecting, analyzing, and presenting performance data to optimize training processes and ensure continuous improvement. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Training and Development Manager and Operations Manager, utilizing analytical tools to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and contribute to the overall success of our training initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Data Collection and Management:
• Collect, organize, and maintain relevant performance data from various sources.
• Ensure data accuracy and completeness, performing regular quality checks.
• Analysis and Reporting:
• Assist in analyzing performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Generate reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators.
• Training Program Enhancement:

· Collaborate with the Retail Operations team to identify areas for improvement based on performance analytics.

· Provide actionable recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of training programs.

• Tool Proficiency:
• Utilize analytical tools and software to manipulate and interpret data effectively.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in performance analytics.
• Documentation and Insights dissemination:
• Document data analysis processes, methodologies, and findings.
• Create user guides and documentation to ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
• Communication:
• Present insights and findings to team members and stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
• Respond to data-related inquiries and provide support to end-users.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Stay informed about advancements in performance analytics and recommend updates to methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics).
• Proven experience in performance analytics or a related field.
• Strong understanding of product promotion, sales techniques, and brand representation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
