Authorized Dealer Department Officer

JOB QUALIFICATION:

- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field

- 3-5 years of experience in dealer/franchise management, sales, or a related field

JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Supervise and manage relationships with all Dealers

· Ensure that Dealers meet sales targets, performance standards, and brand guidelines

· Provide support, guidance, and training to Dealers on product knowledge and sales techniques

· Monitor Dealer performance, resolve issues, and address conflicts promptly

· Collect and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement

· Coordinate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure Dealers receive timely products and promotional materials

· Conduct regular visits to Dealer to maintain relationship

· Assist in the development of sales strategies and initiatives to ensure Dealer success

. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures by all Dealers

Compress Work Schedule (Monday - Friday)

7:00 am - 6:00 pm every Monday -Thursday

7:00 am - 4:00 pm every Friday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Experience:

• in dealer/franchise management, sales, or a related field: 3 years (Required)
