BIM Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute BIM and CAD duties, including modeling, clash control, and output generation using BIM software.

• Develop technical and graphical presentations for tender submissions and post-tender interviews.

• Coordinate and collaborate with different parties and generate awareness of BIM to the pre-contracts team.

• Review all drawings for adherence to BIM & CAD standards and operating procedures.

• Resolve instances of non-compliances and ensure timely resolution of compliance-related issues.

Qualifications:

• Degree Holder in Architecture, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, or Sanitary Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years of drafting experience, with a strong understanding of BIM processes and capabilities to implement them in new projects.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and practical experience with BIM applications (Revit, Civil 3D, Navisworks, etc.).

• Skilled in generating construction Shop Drawings, CSD (Combined Services Drawings), and ISD (Installation Shop Drawings).

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems under pressure.

• Willing to work on-site in Makati City.
