Background/Experience/Credentials

  • Undergraduate degree, technical certification or equivalent work experience required.

  • Typically has 2-3 years of technology consulting or IT/technology work experience.

  • Technical Skills: Programming languages (SQL, Python, etc.), database management, knowledge of various IT systems and technologies. Strong knowledge or experience in ERP (Oracle Cloud, SAP, etc) configuration/customizing. Excellent MS Office Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint required; Access preferred).

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Excellent verbal/written communications and interpersonal skills.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve technical issues. 

  • Project Management Skills: Ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects. 

  • Business Acumen: Understanding of business processes, industry trends, and how technology can drive business outcomes. 

  • Strong ability in self-motivation and high responsibility for daily work. Proven ability to work in a team environment and multi-task to produce quality client deliverables.

  • Some project management experience.

Roles/Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities include works on phase(s) of larger project (s) involving coding, unit testing, programming and testing

Responsibilities may vary across:

  • Business systems design, development, integration and testing, where a business system may include major ERP Cloud platforms such as Oracle,SAP, or other commercially available or custom applications.

  • Lead and/or Assists with project documentation and management

  • Learns and support related modules when necessary

  • Identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth operation of systems and application

  • Data retrieval and management.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional designs, data models, and user guides.

  • Possess a strong understanding of IT systems, software development lifecycles, and various technologies.

Other responsibilities may include:

  • Conducts analysis and research.

  • Drafts delivery products.

  • Provides support for business development and proposal efforts by assisting with the development of written technical content of proposals.

  • Supports business solution investment projects that generate client revenue.

  • Works closely with and cultivates strong relationships with client staff and across teams to deliver business solutions.

  • Supports own Performance Coaching & Development Process (Development Plan, Performance Feedback, Performance Note and Performance Summary).

  • May serve as Peer Advisor for junior new hires.

  • Any task(s) assigned by your manager.
