Business Development Specialist

**DyipPay** is in need of a Business Development Specialist who will be responsible for helping DyipPay to grow, scale and move forward, secure a fund, brand recognition, increase sales and profit, financial growth, partnerships, etc. This is an exciting opportunity to create action plans and strategies that will help DyipPay reach its growth initiatives. Also, this is an opportunity for you to learn and experience working with a high potential tech startup. **Duties and Responsibilities**: - Acquire new clients and partners. - Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners. - Develop and implement strategic partnerships to grow business. - Develop and implement marketing and sales activities, initiatives or strategies to increase sales and profit. - Find and develop new markets and improve sales. - Gather useful information from customers and competitors. - Recruit new team members if needed. - Assist in any business activities such as but not limited to, administrative tasks, fundraising, pitching, financials, projects, etc. - Identify areas of improvement in all business areas and processes. - Other tasks assigned. **Qualifications**: - Ability to solve problems and think critically and analytically. - Team player. - Ability to flourish with mínimal supervision. - Ability to be proactive and handle uncertainty. - Open for learning. - Impeccable verbal and written communication skills. - Organizational and time management skills. - Familiarity with the public transportation industry and mobile apps. - Willingness to travel. - Passion for tech startups and innovation. - 2-3 years of experience in business development or relevant roles in a tech startup. - Graduate of either BS Business Management or BS Entrepreneurship or any related disciplines. **Salary**: Php22,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Employee stock ownership plan - Work from home Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Flexible shift Application Question(s): - DyipPay is currently fundraising.
