To support our development, we are looking for a passionate, structured, and results-driven CRM Strategist who can lead our CRM roadmap and turn data insights into impactful actions.

We are looking for a CRM Data Analyst passionate about customer data and insights to help us segment, analyze, and optimize our CRM performance.

Your mission

• Analyze customer behavior, segmentation, churn, and CLV.
• Provide precise reports to guide campaign strategies.
• Recommend optimizations based on data insights.
• Collaborate closely with CRM and marketing teams.

Your profile✅ Strong skills in SQL, Excel, analytics tools.✅ Good understanding of customer marketing.✅ Detail-oriented, curious, results-driven.
