Customer Engagement Representative

Would you happen to be a proactive and process oriented individual?
Right now AICO (which stands for AI Cold Outreach, a premium service in Valhalla) is looking for a Customer Engagement Representative (voice and non-voice) in a WFH set-up (night shift).
We would love to work with you on these key responsibilities:
- Email Management: Monitor and manage inbound emails, ensuring timely responses to client inquiries and concerns.There is no need to make custom responses to clients as there are specific responses and processes already set.
- Scheduling Appointments: Coordinate and schedule calls or meetings with clients, utilizing tools like Calendly or internal booking systems.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with clients professionally to address questions, provide information about products or services, and guide them toward appropriate solutions by utilizing the systems and operations which are already built
- Record Keeping and Simple SOP Creation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.Creating and updating simple SOP as necessary
- Engagement and Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and attend daily stand-up meetings to optimize messaging and appointment-setting strategies.Ensure high efficiency in the process and operations, and hold space for feedback and improvement
- Process Oriented-ness: High adherence to assigned tasks and effectiveness in hitting KPIs
These are the skills and experiences that would greatly match what we are looking for:
- Experience: At least 12 months experience in customer service, email management, sales or a related field is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Proactively reaching out to the team for any concerns, questions and feedback on the process or operations
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with email management tools, scheduling software, and familiarity with AI tools.
- Problem-Solving and Learning Skills: Ability to address customer concerns efficiently and professionally.Eagerness to learn and be trained in the different aspects of the operations
Youll be earning Php 21,000 - 25,000 (night differential included)
