Customer Service Assistant (Onsite)

Job Qualifications:

- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or any field but preferably IT-related course

- With at least one (1) year experience in Customer Service

- Good verbal and written communication skills

- Has the ability to handle challenging customer situations and alleviate conflicts

- Strong attention to details with high accuracy in data entry

- Knowledgeable in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Job Description:

- Responsible for directly interacting with customers by efficiently answering postsales inquiries , complaints , resolving issues , processing orders , maintaining customer records and ensuring a positive experience through effective communication and problem solving skills.

- Build and maintain a solid relationship with customers by ensuring that their needs and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally by providing exceptional services and support.

- Promote and upsell products and services based on customers needs

- Provides support to all internal and external clients

- Escalate complex or unresolved problems to appropriate business units when necessary

- Achieve agreed upon sales quota /target

- Monitors customer satisfaction level
