Finance Operations Representative

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Monitors bank and e-wallet deposits and disbursements.

2. Reconciles player deposits and withdrawals in the gaming platform with the settlement reports and disbursement reports in the bank and e-wallet account of the company.

3. Prepares reconciliation report daily at the end of each work shift.

4. Verifies withdrawals of each players to identify and mitigate risk and fraud.

5. Coordinate with the Customer Relations Department for any issues encountered by players in their central ewallet account in the gaming platform.

6. Performs other task and functions which may be required of the position by the immediate superior from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Accounting or business graduate with a minimum of 2 years work experience in bank reconciliation and account verification in a similar work environment.
• Strong knowledge of PAGCOR regulations, tax requirements and bank policies for the gaming industry is preferred.

KEY COMPETENCIES:

• Technical accounting skills
• Knowledge of bank reconciliation
• Previous experience in use of gaming platforms and back-office reconciliation
• Proficiency in Microsoft office application

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Afternoon shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary
