In order to appeal to a diverse range of patrons, Cebu Golden Restaurant Incorporated (CGRI), the mother brand, introduces new and revamped restaurant ventures—Hukad Everyday Filipino, Hukad Kafe, Balay sa Busay, Andale, dá.yun Asian Noms, Golden Cowrie Binisaya—and more coming soon.

These exciting additions further enhance our commitment to providing unique dining experiences that cater to various tastes and preferences.

What Youll Do:

  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of staff.

  • Support the implementation of training and development programs.

  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and activities.

  • Monitor compliance with labor regulations and company policies.

  • Help maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

  • Collaborate with managers and HR teams to address employee concerns.

  • Participate in HR-related projects for operational excellence.

What Were Looking For:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.

  • A proactive attitude and the ability to multitask effectively.

  • Passion for working in the human resources field.
