HR Staff

The HR Staff supports Human Resource Department by administering personnel services. Serves as HR Service Coordinator and provides assistance for all aspects of personnel and benefit activities of Team Members.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure proper timekeeping of attendance.
  • Collate and validate rendered overtime services.
  • Ensure proper monitoring of filed SIL of Team Members.
  • Update the overall manning of the company monthly.
  • Request Notice to Explain and/or Notice of Disciplinary Action for contractual Team Members from the employment agency based on the Incident Report received.
  • Request Personnel Action Notice from Employment Agency based on approved Performance Evaluation of contractual Team Members.
  • Routes internal Memorandum of the company to each Department as well as any other confidential documents of the HR department.
  • Ensure proper and smooth facilitation of every company event and training.
  • Perform any other related duties as may be assigned by the HR Supervisor / Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of four-year related course (Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, Administration, etc.)
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Good written and oral communication skills both in English and Filipino
  • Willing to work on-site at Timog, Quezon City

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
