HRBP Director

Job Summary:

  • Acts as internal change agent/consultant and HR partner of line management in developing and implementing HR interventions in the areas of organization design and development, organizational performance enhancement, culture change management, and service quality improvement.

  • Identifies and analyses relationship problems or grievances, recommends appropriate solutions, and actively participates in the resolution of these issues.

  • Ensures consistency in the implementation of HR policies and procedures and assist in the development or revisions of said policies as necessary.

  • Assists client in manpower planning and sourcing requirements and actively participate in the selection of employees for hiring, transfer and promotion to other positions.

  • Provides the client organization with relevant data on labor market trends and best practices as inputs in their decision-making.

  • Designs and implements employee communication and feedback mechanism pertinent to client organizations requirements to ensure managements responsiveness to employee.

  • Conducts workshops and orientation program to cascade statutory wage and benefits.

  • Facilitates implementation of developmental plans for employees that may include management development trainings, learning sessions etc.

  • Responsible for addressing various HR concerns that may arise during the assigned shift.

  • Ensures that disciplinary actions implemented by other departments/divisions are in congruent with COCs and Philippine Labor Laws.

  • Facilitates counseling sessions to all employees when necessary.

  • Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by his or her immediate superior.

  • Protects the organizations assets by upholding the principles of the Quality Information Security Management System (QISMS).

  • Ensures confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information critical to fulfilling the organizations business functions.

  • May require work on a shifting schedule, weekends, holidays, during inclement weather conditions and overtime work. May be required to handle an account/ accounts in multiple sites.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors/College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma / Masters Degree in any related field from any reputable university.

  • With 10 to 12 years of HR management experience preferably in a BPO/ Call center.

  • Strong business acumen and expertise in HR practices.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business success.
