Import Customer Service
- Act as support unit for import sales in performing customer service functions for import customers.
- Coordinate with documentation team with regard to sending of import arrival notices and billings.
- Attend to import customer phone or email queries with regard to rates, surcharges, schedules, etc.
- Maintain and update data files for import customer volumes. File rates and free time into TSL AFSYS for FOB accounts.
- Export Helpdesk Checking acceptance and permits of cnees for special commodities such as DG, OOG, etc. (back up to inside sales)
- Monitors credit line and container deposit waiver account list.
- Updates competitors file for new surcharges.
- Monitors volume for weekly and monthly reporting.
- Ensures operational teams compliance to HSEQ and corporate policies including exercise of general duty of care.
- Takes responsibility of our health and safety and that of others.
- Uses work items provided by the company, including personal protective equipment in accordance with company polices and best practices.
- Other tasks that may be assigned by immediate supervisor or department head.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
