Lead QA Engineer - WAH

  • *Key Responsibilities:**
  • Design, develop, and run automation scripts using testing tools.
  • Develop test strategies, documentation, and procedures.
  • Communicate and coordinate issues with the development team.
  • Conduct manual and automated testing, including creating test scripts.
  • Keep detailed records of test results and cases; provide feedback to the project team.
  • Ensure the final deliverable aligns with project goals and quality standards.
  • *Qualifications:**
  • Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in QA processes, programming, and test management tools.
  • Strong expertise in test automation tools such as Postman and Selenium.
  • Hands-on experience with API testing.
  • Familiarity with programming languages like Java, C#, Python, etc.
  • Leadership experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and report-writing abilities.
  • *Preferred Skills/Certifications:**
  • Relevant certifications (Azure, Microsoft, Agile methodologies, etc.).
  • Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
