Deeply understands the lending business as well as its objectives, KPIs, target segments, and customer profile. 2. Experienced with the credit lifecycle from both business/financing and technological standpoints. 3. Create seamless customer experience by driving the User Experience Design, Credit Risk, Marketing, Customer Experience, Operations, and Technology teams to deliver the best end to end customer journeys (acquisition, underwriting, usage, payment, etc) 4. Craft user stories and properly articulate each requirement to different cross-functional teams and make sure that it is aligned and properly understood by them, specially the technical delivery team. 5. Prioritize and optimize product initiatives based on the level of importance to users and the overall business. 6. Coordinates with the internal Mynt teams to ensure compliance with lending regulations.
