M&A Vice President

About the Role As an M&A Vice President, you will support and lead execution of M&A transactions, fundraising advisory, and strategic financial consulting for private equity firms, startups, and corporate clients. This role is ideal for candidates with strong financial acumen and transaction experience who are looking to step into a leadership trajectory within M&A advisory. You will work on deal execution, financial analysis, and strategic growth initiatives while collaborating with international stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Support the execution of M&A transactions, including financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence Assist in deal structuring and negotiation processes Conduct industry and market research to identify investment opportunities Prepare pitch books, investment memos, and transaction-related materials Develop and maintain relationships with private equity firms, corporate clients, and investment banks Collaborate with senior team members on business development efforts Work closely with international teams to execute cross-border transactions Requirements & Qualifications 4-6 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, or financial advisory Background in a top-tier investment bank, private equity firm, consulting firm, or Big Four advisory.
