Job Title: Recruitment Officer
Location: RemoteEmployment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Sourcing
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent for accounting and property operations roles.
- Utilize job boards, social media, employee referrals, and local networks to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Actively headhunt passive candidates to meet specialized client requirements.
Screening & Selection
- Conduct initial resume screening and video/phone interviews to assess. qualifications, communication skills, and alignment with U.S. client expectations.
- Administer and evaluate technical assessments for accountants (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, GAAP knowledge) and operations associates (e.g., admin, coordination, lease/rent workflow familiarity).
- Coordinate with department heads or client representatives for final interviews.
Client & Candidate Management
- Align with client specifications and job requirements through regular calibration meetings.
- Provide candidate shortlists and timely status updates to internal account managers and/or directly to clients.
- Maintain strong communication with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
Hiring Process Management
- Maintain accurate and updated applicant tracking records.
- Facilitate background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment requirements.
- Coordinate with HR and Onboarding team to ensure a smooth handover and transition.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
- At least 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a BPO or shared services setting.
- Experience hiring for U.S.-based clients, especially in property management or real estate-related roles, is a strong advantage.
- Prior experience recruiting accountants, bookkeepers, or admin professionals with night shift and remote-readiness requirements is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong sourcing skills with demonstrated success in finding niche talent.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Familiarity with accounting and real estate terminology is a plus.
- Ability to assess both technical competencies and cultural fit.
- Proficient with ATS and recruitment tools.
- Highly organized, resourceful, and able to meet aggressive deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams and time zones.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
