Key Accountabilities

  • Provide a strong level of professional, timely and customer-focused assistance.

  • Managing and maintaining sales inbox.

  • Quote creation and client liaison 

  • Communicating directly with clients and suppliers on a regular basis, managing expectations, and ensuring that their needs are met. 

  • Processing approved quotes and working with internal and external stakeholders to process deals, coordinate delivery etc.

  • Maintaining client lists and ensuring company systems are kept up to date. 

  • Document preparation and reports 

  • Other accountabilities and responsibilities as directed by the Administration Manager.

Requirements 

  • Minimum 2 years related experience required. 

  • Bachelors degree in any related business management course. 

  • Must be proficient in general IT computer use

  • Business Acumen: Must have a good understanding of business principles. 

  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
