Key Accountabilities
Provide a strong level of professional, timely and customer-focused assistance.
Managing and maintaining sales inbox.
Quote creation and client liaison
Communicating directly with clients and suppliers on a regular basis, managing expectations, and ensuring that their needs are met.
Processing approved quotes and working with internal and external stakeholders to process deals, coordinate delivery etc.
Maintaining client lists and ensuring company systems are kept up to date.
Document preparation and reports
Other accountabilities and responsibilities as directed by the Administration Manager.

Administrative, planning and organisational skills and proven ability to work to deadlines across a number of projects simultaneously with excellent attention to detail;

Requirements
Minimum 2 years related experience required.
Bachelors degree in any related business management course.
Must be proficient in general IT computer use
Business Acumen: Must have a good understanding of business principles.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
