Senior Java Developer

Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-quality program code aligned with business priorities. You will troubleshoot issues, communicate with stakeholders, and contribute to the teams success through mentoring and knowledge-sharing.Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and ensure quality of program code to meet business requirements. Create and execute tests for code, troubleshoot issues, and refine requirements into actionable tasks. Plan and prioritize deliverables, actively contributing to development initiatives. Communicate with stakeholders, support incidents, and drive improvements in team dynamics. Mentor junior developers, share technical knowledge, and help improve team processes. Additional related, duties may be assigned by the Line Manager in line with business exigencies and continuity.Requirements Experience: 8+ years in software development and contributing to cross-team projects. Knowledge: Proficient in Java, Spring Boot and MySQL, with experience in PHP and modern development practices. Familiar with Maven/Gradle, Livewire, and software testing, debugging, and deployment pipelines. Skills: Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and communication skills. Ability to work independently, maintain code quality, and mentor team members. Focused on continuous improvement and delivering high-quality solutions.
