About the Role Our company is scaling fast — and were looking for an experienced SEO Team Lead to manage and coordinate a growing team of SEO content specialists. Your job is to ensure high-quality work gets done on time, every time across multiple client accounts.

What Youll Do

* Manage and oversee a team of SEO contractors * Review content and optimization work before delivery * Review Technical SEO tasks to ensure theyre completed effectively * Prioritize and assign tasks, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met * Maintain quality and consistency across clients * Support onboarding and training of new SEO teaUpgrade to see actual infombers * Troubleshoot SEO issues flagged by clients or internal team * Report on task status and team performance to the operations lead

What Youll Need

* Proven experience managing SEO teams or processes * Deep understanding of on-page SEO, internal linking, and content optimization * Strong organizational and communication skills * Ability to work across many clients at once, balancing quality with speed * Proficiency in Google Search Console, Semrush, and content management systems
