Our web build stack is Astra Theme (Pro) and Beaver Builder.

Ideally have experience with our tool stack above, although any front end page builder experience considered.

SEO/Web Management Software we use:

• Web CEO

• Keyword Research
• Page by Page Meta Data Creation/Application
• Google My Business Setup/Optimisation
• WordPress Site Speed Optimisation
• Schema Markup & Structured Data
• Citation/Directory Submission
• Disavow Management
• Image Alt Tag/Title Tag Optimisation

Communications direct with clients, via both email and phone.

Team/Project Management Software we use:

• Teamwork for client communication, project management, time tracking.
• Slack for team communication
• Zoom for team and client meetings
• Process St for ALL processes and systems
• Trello for tasking
• RoboForm for password management
• Sync and Dropbox for all file assets
• WHMCS for client support

What does your day look like?

• Morning check in
• Check emails for project notifications, respond as appropriate
• Team Daily Tasks Focus Meetup (10 mins max)
• Check Trello Board for Priority 1 Tasks, check tasks previously assigned
• Check in with Project Manager as required
• Liaise with clients as required
• Handle brief questionnaires with project manager, and clients
• Handle SEO queries with project manner, and clients
• Check off that processes have been adhered to
