Sourcing Specialist

Position Overview:The Sourcing Specialist plays a key role in supporting the recruitment pipeline by identifying and compiling high-quality candidate leads across multiple roles and departments. This role is responsible for meeting lead generation targets while ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with hiring priorities.

This position requires a strong background in lead generation, boolean string searches, and manual tracking, along with the ability to work independently and communicate clearly. Familiarity with AI prompting tools and recruitment-related tasks is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Sourcing

• Identify and compile qualified leads for active and upcoming hiring needs using job boards, search engines, boolean search, AI tools, and manual mining methods.
• Apply specific role filters to ensure candidates meet basic criteria and sourcing standards.

2. Data Management & Tracking

• Maintain a clean, well-organized tracker using Google Sheets or Excel.
• Ensure leads are non-duplicative, accurate, and properly categorized.
• Submit weekly sourcing reports summarizing progress and challenges.

3. Process Execution

• Execute sourcing tasks consistently based on weekly assigned quotas.
• Complete sourcing assessments when assigned, showcasing ability to align sourcing methods with given role specifications.

4. Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate closely with the HR Generalist on sourcing priorities and lead qualification parameters.
• Respond promptly to feedback on lead quality and refine searches accordingly.

5. Continuous Improvement

• Adapt sourcing strategies based on market feedback and hiring trends.
• Stay updated on AI-enhanced sourcing tools and techniques to maximize efficiency.
• Contribute ideas to strengthen sourcing and candidate engagement processes.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sourcing, lead mining, or recruitment support.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel
• Familiarity with boolean search strings and lead filtering
• Comfortable with manual data tracking and quality assurance
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to summarize and align sourcing activity with team goals.
• Preferred: Background in chat-based roles, digital marketing, or AI prompting tools for research.
• Mindset: Self-motivated, resourceful, and data-driven with a strong commitment to accuracy and meeting weekly sourcing KPIs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php278.95 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
