Technical Support Administrator

A Technical Support Associate with admin responsibilities plays a dual role — providing frontline assistance for technical issues while also supporting internal operations through organized administrative tasks. This hybrid role requires strong problem-solving skills, a customer-first mindset, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to technical inquiries via phone, email, or chat, offering effective and timely solutions

  • Troubleshoot basic software, hardware, and connectivity issues

  • Log and manage support tickets using internal systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira, Freshdesk)

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and technical issues

  • Provide administrative support including documentation updates, scheduling, and reporting

  • Assist with user account management, system access, and internal tool setup

  • Monitor issue trends and escalate recurring problems to the IT or engineering teams

  • Help onboard new employees with basic tech setup and system orientation

Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Familiarity with helpdesk systems and basic troubleshooting practices

  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools

  • Organized, with good multitasking and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
