Training Manager

About the role

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Training Manager to join the team at Sun Pharma Philippines, Inc. As the Training Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all workplace training and assessment activities across the organisation. This is a key strategic role that will have a direct impact on the success and growth of the business.

What youll be doing

• Develop and manage training programs.

• Coordinate onboarding and continuous education for technical and non-technical staff.

• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and performance gaps.

• Maintain training records and audit readiness documentation.

• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements

What were looking for

• Bachelors degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, HR, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in training; previous experience in the pharmaceutical is a plus

• Proven track record of designing and delivering impactful training programmes that drive employee engagement and performance

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess training needs and measure the impact of initiatives

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex topics effectively
