Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly talented and creative Video Editor to join our Marketing and Business Development team. As a Video Editor, you will create visually compelling content that showcases our investment opportunities. If you are passionate about real estate and possess the ability to tell engaging stories through video editing, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:

Video Production:

 Collaborate with the marketing and business development teams to understand the key selling points and unique features of each investment opportunity.

 Edit and assemble raw video footage, including property walkthroughs, interviews, and project updates, to create engaging and informative investment videos.

 Utilize video editing techniques, including splicing, sound balancing, color correction, transitions, and visual effects to enhance the visual appeal of the videos.

 Organize and manage audio and video assets for efficient workflow.

 Ensure video content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a professional and consistent image.

Storytelling:

 Work closely with the investment team to understand the narrative and story behind each property investment.

 Transform complex concepts into visually compelling and easy-to-understand video content.

Content Optimization:

 Ensure videos are optimized for various platforms, considering specific requirements and algorithms.

 Monitor and analyze the performance of videos, making data-driven decisions to improve engagement and reach.

 Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative video editing techniques.

Required Skills:

 Proficient in video editing software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Cap Cut, Chot Cut etc.

 Strong storytelling skills and the ability to convey complex ideas through visual content.

 Familiarity with color grading, simple 2D animation, motion graphics, and VFX.

 Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.

 Excellent communication skills to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.

Required Experience

 Minimum 5 years work experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and effective video content.

 Experience in developing high-quality custom marketing materials, from concept to final product.

Required Qualifications:

 Bachelors degree in Film studies, Cinematography or a related field.

 Experience with real estate investment presentations or videos.

 Familiarity with industry-specific terminology and concepts.

Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month
