What We Offer

The Account Manager will be part of a world-class team, where he/she will be responsible for mapping the markets in Bacolod & Iloilo, building a customer base to grow the business in the areas. The role is critical as part of the new business expansion for MCCP.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible to map Bacolod/Iloilo market – both domestic and import/export

• Probes and identifies customer needs and provides solutions

• Builds a good understanding of target customers and the assigned account base.

• Ensure successful business onboarding and contract compliance

• Liaise with the Customer Service Team and Vessel Operations Team to troubleshoot customer challenges

• Support the finance team with collections as and when needed

We are looking for

• Experience in Sales with a good track record

• Able to identify opportunities for strategic partnership

• Fluency in English and local dialect if appropriate

• Computer literate

• Ability to operate effectively in a matrix environment

• Highly developed consultative selling approach, persuasiveness and influencing skills

• Possesses self-starter qualities, independence and agility

• Possess driver’s licence

• Willing to be based in Bacolod/Iloilo
