SUMMARY

The WFM Real Time Analyst operates in a fast-paced environment. The position requires multi-tasking to complete all real-time management activities. They also serve as a coordinator for real-time utilization of contact center agents and communicate these changes to agents and leadership.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Update and communicate WFM performance reporting.
  • Update agent schedules in WFM platform.
  • Communicate with agents for skilling assignment changes.
  • Communicate with agents to drive efficiency.
  • Drive Service Level and Occupancy performance.
  • Provide coverage for contact center hours of operation.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Graduate of any four-year course, Vocational or at least 2nd year college
  • With 2 to 4 years of experience in Real Time WFM
  • With 1 to 2 years of experience in Genesys PureCloud, Genesys WFM, NICE IEX, ELSA.
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience using MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Operate during assigned shift determined upon hire based on business need.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, occasional overtime may be requested.
  • Must be willing to work in a Shifting Schedule
  • Must be flexible in terms of work arrangement (3 months working on site and Hybrid after)

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • Experience working in Genesys Purecloud, Genesys WFM, NICE IEX, ELSA.
  • Contact Center Leadership experience.
  • Previous experience with reporting and building reporting templates.
