Bonus Specialist (Data Analyst) | Night Shift and Onsite | Up to 35k

GoTeam is seeking a Bonus Specialist with expertise in processing and analyzing large volumes of commission data accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess advanced skills in spreadsheet software such as Excel, allowing them to organize, manipulate, and present data effectively. This role involves collaboration with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate commission calculations, as well as the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies quickly. The Bonus Specialist will also be responsible for generating detailed reports to track commission performance

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and analyze extensive amounts of commission data accurately and efficiently.

• Utilize advanced skills in spreadsheet software such as Excel to organize, manipulate, and present data effectively.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate commission calculations.

• Identify and resolve discrepancies in commission records promptly.

• Generate detailed reports and summaries to track commission performance.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to commission management.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field is a plus

• Proven experience working with large datasets and complex spreadsheets.

• Proficiency in spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Excel, with advanced knowledge of formulas, functions, and data analysis techniques.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

• System Administrator and proficiency in Kronos system is a plus
