Associate, Cash Technology Mainframe Support

Role Responsibilities:

• He/she would be responsible for providing L2/L3 support during production incidents and producing on demand reports requested by ops partner
• Mainframe Engineer will be working on strategic cash program and will be responsible for analysing requirements, coding and prod implementation.

Experience

• 4 years Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent
• 4+ years of development/L3 support experience with Mainframe COBOL, DB2, JCL, CICS, MQ, VSAM , Sort , SCLM
• Exposure to Banking domain is a plus.
• Should have experience in working on global team and coordinating the delivery/support of the software
• Availability to provide Support Coverage during weekends in case of scheduled DR events, release validation efforts and in cases of major issues / failure reported.
• Readiness to work in early APAC and EMEA shifts

Required Skills :

• Experience in developing COBOL, DB2, JCL, CICS, MQ, VSAM , Sort , SCLM
• Experience in PL/1 , IMS , CICS-Webservices
• Experience in AS400 - CL , RPG

Preferred/ Recommended Skills:

• Experience in cash/financial domain is good to have
• ACH( Fiserv PEP+) /EDI(FIS Connexion) Business / Product knowledge (optional but preferable)
• Design, code, implement and test new features and components
• Agile Methodology and Scrum process for software development
