Description We seek an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Healthcare BPO team in claims processing, denials management, authorization, and billing. This role focuses on optimizing workflows, ensuring service quality, managing performance metrics, and driving process improvements while maintaining regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team, conduct performance reviews, and foster collaboration.
  • Oversee timely, accurate, and compliant processing of claims, denials, authorizations, and billing.
  • Identify and implement workflow improvements to reduce denials, expedite authorizations, and enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to HIPAA, payer guidelines, and industry regulations while staying updated on changes.
  • Act as the primary contact for operational issues, ensuring client satisfaction and resolving challenges.
  • Track KPIs, analyze data, report to leadership, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
  • 2+ years of managerial experience in claims, denials, authorization, and billing.
  • Strong knowledge of payer policies, claim lifecycle, and healthcare compliance (HIPAA, CMS).
  • Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Skilled in healthcare management software and claims processing systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
