Primary Responsibilities:

Relationship Management

• As relationship manager, he/she will be the primary point of contact between the business and IT and its respective IT functional groups, i.e. business systems, network services, application support, et.al.

• As relationship manager, he/shemust ensure the continuous and consistent delivery of quality IT services by managing the varied interactions between the business and IT. Such interactions may include (but not limited to) facilitation and/or coordination for projects and change management, as well as management (in close coordination with the IT Servicedesk or IT Command Center) for service disruptions due to high impacting incidents.

• Will work with business counterparts for steering, ranking and maintaining the business project pipeline.

• Facilitates forum for continuous feedback to support continuous delivery

Technical Account Management

• Provides technical problem or business requirement solutions planning, as foundation for potential project or change proposal

• Works closely with the business (i.e. programs team) as technical consultant for projects that require technical solutions or involve IT services

• Provides technical consultancy for requests or queries, relative to improving existing IT services.

• Provides technical consultancy services for planning/mapping potential solutions to present or future business requirements.

• Initiates continuous improvement activities to support the present and future requirements of the business.

Project Management and Operational Support

• Actively monitors and provides necessary direction in planning, development and implementation of programs, anticipating any conflict in deliverables for all business application and technology projects and developments accepted and commenced by the unit.

• Functions as Scrum master for scrum teams formed as part of solutions delivery.

• Reviews and approves all project proposals and chairs or participates as a sponsor in user-driven steering committees to monitor progress of existing projects and review all finished products as part of the post implementation process.

• Work closely with the Operation’s PMO team as technical partner/consultant and can liaise with other IT teams as needed, for project scoping/delivery

• Champion the IT needs of the business unit and ensure that there is appropriate visibility / detail within the scope and definition of the Game Plan.

• Manage the contractual relationship with all suppliers within the domain including agreeing appropriate contract terms, managing annual budgets and managing spend within this budget.

• Look for alternative suppliers for the services offered and consider looking at changing products at appropriate points in the product lifecycle and in line with contract end dates.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of BS Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related courses.

• Should have minimum of four (4) years of project management experience with background in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Note: This position is for an Individual Contributor and will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
