Image Enhancer - Davao

We are looking for Image Enhancers to join the brand creative team!! The team produces high-quality assets in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment. Projects will mostly be enhancing and retouching products or model images to the highest quality standards.

You will report to the Principal Designer and work closely with a talented cross-functional team of photographers and Image enhancers. Are you passionate, enthusiastic and versatile? If so, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Enhance and retouch images using Adobe Photoshop and graphic design tools.
• Perform color correction, skin retouching, object removal, and composition adjustments.
• Work on product images, model photography, and creative visuals.
• Collaborate with the creative team on project goals and specifications.
• Maintain visual style and quality across multiple projects.
• Ensure timely delivery of images and meet project deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
• Stay updated with industry trends and software advancements.
• Follow best practices for file management and organization.
• Provide creative input and suggestions for image quality improvement.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 1 years of experience as an Image Enhancer or similar role
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
• Strong background in Illustrator or other graphic design tools
• Knowledge of color theory, composition, and visual aesthetics
• Attention to detail and meticulous approach.
• Problem-solving and creative thinking skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Effective communication skills
• Self-motivated and independent worker
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Remote position with on-site requirements for client visits and company events
• Willingness to work graveyard shifts based on business needs.
