What Youll Do

A. Project Management Associate

  • Enable effective program management that increases overall quality of Technology Delivery
  • Support projects by tracking and managing project management office activities

B. Expense Management Associate

  • Handles requests, incidents, and processes variety of orders within the defined expected number of transactions and quality level.
  • Collects, pre-validates, uploads, and transact invoices to ensure timeliness and accuracy of the invoices for the Service Charging Report.
  • Processes requests related to access creation, batch and manual inventory updates and customized inventory report creation.
  • Pre-validates and uploads the invoices in AP Portal tool within the agreed Service Level Agreement and accuracy
  • Records and tracks all activities using the prescribed tool and reports.
  • Ensures accurate update of client’s inventory of telecom circuits, equipment, and services through the TEM processes.
  • Alerts immediate lead of any potential customer service problems or issues.
  • Develops strong working relationships within the team and demonstrate uncompromising commitment to client and Accenture core values.
  • Seeks opportunities to improve knowledge, skills and performance through various channels such as but not limited to actively participating in Knowledge-Sharing, Brownbag sessions and Trainings

What We’re Looking For

  • Amenable to work in Manila office locations.
  • You must already possess the appropriate visas and/or work permits required to live and work in the country the job is based. Do not apply until you have confirmed these authorizations are in place, or the job description states that international applicants will be considered.

A. Project Management Associate

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Graduate of Business-related courses (e.g., Finance, BA, Accounting, Economics) or any related course
  • At least one (1) year of office work experience is an advantage
  • Good in MS Excel and Power Point

B. Expense Management Associate

  • Open to graduates of any course
  • Courses like ECE, Finance & Accounting, Business Management is an advantage
  • With at least 6-12 months related work experience in Finance & Accounting, Network/Telecom provisioning.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Skilled in using basic MS Office applications.
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Good customer service skills
