**Job Description:**

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Basketball Services Sales Associate. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language, exceptional sales skills, and a deep understanding of basketball.

**Responsibilities:**

- Actively engage with potential clients to promote and sell our basketball services.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and follow-up.

- Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed targets.

- Provide knowledgeable guidance and assistance to customers in selecting the right services to meet their needs.

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing sales and market presence.

- Utilize CRM systems to manage customer information, track sales activities, and generate reports.

**Requirements:**

- Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Access to a computer with a reliable internet connection.

- Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

- Strong understanding of basketball, including knowledge of rules, equipment, and player development.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.

**Preferred Skills:**

- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the sports or entertainment industry.

- Passion for basketball and a genuine interest in helping others improve their basketball experience.

- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.

Pay: Php42.00 - Php55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
