Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or relevant experience
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on process and system improvement.
• Experience in operations management within a large and complex organization; preferably under Technology Distribution or Provider Companies
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook.
• Knowledge of SAP is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

Operational Management:

• Oversee daily operational functions within the Philippines, working as part of the local management team to meet corporate goals related to purchasing, logistics, supply chain, sales operations, global order support, inventory management, order processing, and facilities management.
• Collaborate with support service partners to ensure SLA compliance, up-to-date processes, accurate documentation, and continuous improvement. Participate in management meetings with internal stakeholders and maintain regular communication between customers, staff, and partners.
• Ensure all operational activities comply with local, national, and international laws, and adhere to company policies through close collaboration with the APAC Trade Compliance Team (Singapore & Philippines).

Import and Compliance:

• Manage the Philippines import procedures to optimize processing times, support scalable volume and ensure compliance to current legislations.
• Lead efforts in local Customs and supply chain related audits, coordinating data from multiple teams, working with audit teams, and consulting with external advisors.

Order and Inventory Management:

• Review and act on open sales and purchase order reports on a weekly or as-needed basis.
• Lead regular meetings with Operations teams to address open orders, improve processes, and streamline operations.
• Monitor workloads and completion times for order processing to ensure volume management.
• Track and close preload (no purchase order) orders

Cost and Budget Management:

• Manage all operational costs, including freight, warehousing, inventory, facilities, and supply chain expenditures, aiming for efficiency and cost optimization.
• Oversee inventory levels through regular reporting and collaboration with inventory planning teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with third-party providers (brokers, carriers, warehousing, landlords, etc.).
• Prepare and present management reports, including statistical analyses on budget control, stock accuracy, stock availability, stock levels, aging, freight spending, and logistical service revenues.

Pay: Php90,000.00 - Php130,000.00 per month
