JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a Customer Service & Order Entry candidate responsible for addressing customer issues and queries, providing solutions, and supporting the sales team with various tasks. This includes handling requests passed from reps and daily from the info@ email, and acting as a backup for overdue follow-ups, telemarketing campaigns, and proposal follow-ups.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Service & Order Entry:

• Attend to customer issues and queries, providing solutions
• Enter voice notes into Pipedrive and action requests
• Prepare special pricing proposals using Smartsheet for reps/customers
• Set up and resolve issues in Pipedrive
• Enter new customers into NetSuite and input budgets

Business Growth:

• Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell product ranges to customers
• Develop and manage client relationships to create new business opportunities

CRM Systems Management:

• Accurately update and maintain the CRM in line with company processes during and after each call and sales visit

Personal Development:

• Proactively develop knowledge and attend training to stay current on product knowledge, marketing, sales tools, and CRM systems
• Undertake training and development approved by the Customer Service Team Leader
• Take personal responsibility for ensuring a safe working environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents

QUALIFICATIONS

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Proven computer literacy with Microsoft Office products and experience using CRM systems.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a continuous improvement orientation.
• At least 2 years of experience in inbound and outbound customer service or sales support roles.
